As the co-founder of a bi-coastal production company conceived in 2010, Eric provided solutions to foreign production companies, agencies, clients, and creators producing a wide array of content in the USA and all over the world.
[cont.] Projects include “Striving for Greatness,” a virtual reality experience with LeBron James; Nintendo’s Japanese market commercial for Pokemon featuring Masahiro Tanaka of the NY Yankees; Toyota Thailand’s multi-spot campaign featuring Adam Levine from Grammy-winning group Maroon 5; and Uniqlo’s 2018 worldwide media campaign which lensed on the Warner Bros backlot and downtown Los Angeles.
Eric prides himself on delivering a first-rate experience with a high level of transparency. The best validation of his efforts is the steady stream of repeat clients that visit job after job and year after year. Besides showing off all of what the USA has to offer for producers, Eric still finds joy in the novelty of seeing snow-capped, Southern California mountains while riding his bike at the beach… in shorts… in February. He enjoys skiing, CrossFit, food, travel, and spending time with his twin sons, and the family dog.

Using all that California has to offer was the mantra of this Bram Coppens-directed film about the demise of the phone booth. Shot in downtown LA, Malibu, and Mammoth Lakes, plus a few places in between, this tight-knit crew had its share of challenges to overcome. Besides the great distances between shots, the last shooting day was marred by high winds which didn’t allow our crane to fly but did blow over one of the phone booths. Funny enough is that the camera was rolling when it happened, and it made it into the final cut.

Toyota and Lucasfilm team up to take us from the high deserts of Lancaster, CA to downtown Los Angeles. Director Kaoru Haga of Wasa-Be takes us to a galaxy far, far away in this campaign for the plug-in Toyota Prius. The entire set was abuzz while we were shooting with R2D2 and C3P0. The actors/puppeteers are officially sanctioned by Lucasfilms and had amazing stories to tell about how they went from hobbyists to convention and commercial stars. R2D2 was built and operated by an engineer who was a fan of the films and had made a life-sized replica of the droid with such detail that the motors inside of it that turned its head were perfectly calibrated to sound exactly like they do in the films. Amazing stuff indeed.

It’s always a pleasure to showcase the beauty of one of the most amazing cities in the whole world. The commercial is a love letter to New York, and, with her RED camera, director Rebeca Díaz and her DP Rafael Lluch did an amazing job capturing the hustle and the movement of the city. The exteriors were shot in Manhattan and Brooklyn, while the interiors were completed in Barcelona.

In the air in New York and on the ground in Houston, we made sure that all USA needs for Caviar were taken care of for their international shoot for ABN/AMRO showcasing the international reach of the bank based on the Netherlands. In New York, the two-day shoot had both aerials over the East River where a boat was composited into the water in post, as well as and exterior shoot of the ‘headquarters’ of Randstad, one of the featured customers of the bank. In Houston, we followed another customer, Heineken, and one of its delivery trucks, on a delivery. On the international scene, Houston is a bit off-the-beaten-path, but it is a fantastic destination for filming with its simple permitting and ease of use of freeways, downtown streets, and experienced crew.

This web series capitalized on the influencer power of its stars to become an online sensation. At the 2016 Steamy Awards it won honors for Best Actor, Director, Costume Design, and Best Ensemble Cast.
The six episodes shot with a local crew of 80 on a $1-million budget during 21 days. It called for a large talent pool, most of the lead talent were very well known, popular YouTube and Social Media stars that had from several thousand to over a million followers each. We used their social media influence to promote the show through interviews and behind-the-scenes clips to get fans interested.
Aided by legal counsel, we attained special work visas for a number of “online social media” UK talent and the show creators / show runners. Talent rates were negotiated within the parameters of the SAG New Media Agreement.

Braving the cold and snow, the sun came out just in time for us to shoot Max Pacioretty of the Montreal Canadiens hockey team handing out burgers to unsuspecting Boston Bruins fans. Many were surprised that Max was in enemy territory making friends with supporters of the Canadien’s heated rival. Shot on a Sony F900 in Boston’s historic downtown, the biggest challenge was removing the 2-meter snow banks that had accumulated after an unprecedented cold snap that had engulfed the city in the weeks prior to our arrival. While shooting, it warmed up to a balmy 2 degrees with a sliver of sunshine.
